No one is made whole. It is all up to the judge how the remaining parts are divided up. Most of all when the dust settles, all the NOL’s are owned SHLDQ holders. 1Billion plus! And no, NOL’s can’t be used to settle debts. They simply belong to the share holders of SHLDQ and Eddie Lampert wants those NOL’s bad. Meaning he will have to incorporate SHLDQ into hold co.

Simple!
