gers. What an emotional post! Those are the most likely prove to be wrong, though with all the Knowledge in the world today, tomorrow may be totally different! We cannot go by what Gers did during its formative years, by what they may have done lately, or by what Posters predict, LOL, as they think they know enough about everything that reflects on GERS performance, where it only shows how little we really know?
When I read about the 100's of millions of Dollars coming Gers's way for instance, that only shows a "One-sided" hypothetical, leaving most of the Hidden Glacier beyond our senses, so there is always more to the Story that cannot be told accurately, or even factually at all! I give some people some credit, for they take their research seriously, but they are just spinning their wheels IMO, as what we see when it comes to Penny Stocks and Gers, are just the tip of the Iceberg, or just plain old hype delivered by "Forward" looking exec's who see success with every move they make?
20 years from now, we may ONLY SEE a burned-out crisp of a Company once E-Cars and HE Vehicles cars take over, yet that never comes up to inform long term holders who wish to be part of a pertinent future? And I do not underestimate the possibility of KK and the Boys from finding Products that suit any Technology, and at any time? But as it appears today, we are stuck in the old-fashioned type of products, as good as they seem to be? We could be fortunate with all the lawsuits, but we cannot count on anything once the word "Hardships" passes through the mouths of the alleged Infringers? Judges are cognizant of Co's who might have quite a few Employees, and who had nothing to do with any product stealing? Co's do things out of desperation sometimes, but can they be considered as we do to Street-like Criminals who kill and Steal, and who should be issued harsh penalties due to their total disrespect for Human life? I think not!! So a number of things have to be considered in this type of Lawsuit, one being the large penalties looming over them? Though I think this may be judged a precedent setting case, if it isn't one already, where the Judges will say: "Business-people beware, we cannot have things like this going on all the time, because this Company GERS is a tiny Penny Stock that you guys have taken advantage of, and is the one who has suffered the most, so pay-up and make sure you never do anything like that again!!!!" "Here are the options I am presenting to you, so the many Innocent Families of those working in Plants such as yours will not have to bear the full brunt of this Penalty!"
Any one of maybe another Half-dozen options will be made available to the Plant Owners, probably not just the one just presented? If the Judges dismiss all the suffering and Losses endured by Gers, I will be totally shocked???
That is a possibility, not a judgement I am making! I am just showing a few of the issues that are contestable, with the vast majority of the Issues being unknown, that's for sure! There is so much more to it, so all we can do is voice a few ideas and wait to find out how wrong we were in saying anything at all!!! The best to all Gers holders....
