I asked about the stock purchase agreement being filed and he said he would mention it, but he made it very clear that the TA wouldn't have been able to provide those numbers without the proper documentation. I was also told because of this being a Pink stock the filing standards aren't as strict, they more than likely just provided what they had to get current.
