The 50 million or so shares you refer to do not need to be bought back. They are in effect sitting in the Treasury and can be turned back to the Transfer Agent and cancelled at any time. Apparently, these shares were intended for some deal that did not work out.

As far as SOMA trading that is one of the many things Larry has been working on. In his last PR he stated that trading should begin any day now. When it starts to trade I am sure that Larry will comer it in a PR. IMO
