"Common sense" would seem to dictate looking at this pair's history to try to see what they will do in the future.

I believe that there will soon be plenty of additional shares to satisfy any concerns about the size of the float.

But I don't claim to know exactly what Bland and Morris are doing. Maybe they are really going into the micro refinery business, and maybe they really do have massive capital infusions, and maybe some of the more troubling parts of the filing were typos. How on earth would I know?

I'll remain on the sidelines. And I trust that time will tell. It usually does.
