Thank you Third Leg for the great note.. I agree with you and the one thing I have actually seen first hand (from past interaction) is companies that show up with Flag planting technology like PCTL (and in this case it actually works) at times are rewarded for being first (I saw it with Marc Cuban with Audio-Net/Broadcast.com and his tech didn't even work that well). And well... he's a billionaire+
Obviously, they need to begin producing real top line revenue numbers and secure new contracts but some type of momentum/opportunity must be revealing itself for Ontario deal to be cancelled (whether it was from Ontario backing out due to renegotiated terms or something else) my point is the product(s) are gaining traction and have eyes of some institutional banking types taking notice (as you already know and apologies if redundant)
It is just exciting that this life-saving technology may get it's legs under it without signing away 51% and being buried in hard money loans that were looming in the Ontario deal.
