what we need is a PR that states they have secured a bridge loan as suggested by another investor...

that would serve pctl well to go into next year-near profitability and then become profitable in 2020...

i think pr's are coming... just as the 10Q came and 8K- the company is going in the right direction- not signing a merger agreement that benefited ontario much more than pctl, and now, i think, exploring opportunities elsewhere...that will be more beneficial..
