They were creating liquidity, imo. Now they are probably trying to preserve their resources to keep the company moving to the finish line? Not sure what to think about it either.

Seems like they tried to kill two birds with one stone on that last 8K imo. Would have been better to do a big separate PR and get everyone up to speed on things.
