Same trading pattern happened when we first went back over $3.00 and hit the wall at $3.28. We backtracked under $3.00, and then when the news hit, we went up to $4.23 or so.

I expect the same reaction when next news hits of agreements to end NWS, and following agreement to end conservatorship.....as noted by ACG Analytics, by month end.

My guess is that we go over $5 easily, and this time, the institutional buying will start to kick in.
