Form 15 was filed back in 2014 I believe, because of that this will not be suspended.
The SEC is not fast with suspending tickers, we have been seeing many of them suspended lately after about 5 yrs or longer after not reporting. Go back and check and each one suspended has a late filing of 5 years or more.

This is perhaps a merger or something positive having to do with this stock to have that many shares traded yesterday. I will continue to watch, I've held it for about 5 yrs. still holding for a profit.
