Grapefruit’s results of operation will be reflected in the pro forma consolidated financial statements which will be included in both the “Super 8-K” filing and the first Amendment to IGNG’s Registration Statement on Form S-1 (the Form S-1 was filed on July 24, 2019). Of course, the Company’s third quarter report on Form 10-Q for the period ended September 30, 2019, which will be the consolidated Companies’ first joint periodic report, will be filed on or before November 14, 2019.
