So he threw me a bone. AHFD. In retrospect now, I was a complete fool for believing this supposed merger by his deep pocketed financial backers and despite knowing full well that the assurance of all my investment would be returned by such individuals if the merger failed to materialize. I see now my coin probably went to Griffin for all his real estate troubles he was dealing with back in Tennessee. How Manos ended up tied up with Gates, Griffin, and the man at the top, KROPF, I'm still not 100% sure of yet. Also can't understand how fictitious names Morales and Lavin can be submitted and accepted by state and federal securities regulators. To his last day Scott Evans said this failed merger cost him everything. Yet years after, while researching companies he had financial interests in the past did the above names of AHFD also come up.
