Great post. I think you provided tremendous insight. Personally I am putting trust in my sources that the deal is dead. The rumor of the deal falling through did not even go public till later in the afternoon, but if u pull up a 1 minute chart people were dumping hard out of the gate. Those peeps knew it was dead ahead of the crowd and dumped out what they could at open.

I hope everyone is able to escape at minimal damages.. GLTA
