We must be for them to be filing a dispute this late lol all the better for us cause it’ll get resolved by Friday imo if they had filed it before the Attorney letter or even any filings it would have made more sense and it would have dragged out for months, but because they screwed up and filed it late should be thrown out by a judge or whoever overseas the case or whenever these clowns get their cheap shares, which is more likely the case, either way the merger docs must be dropping within the next two weeks. $HDII
