What’s interesting to me is that KT was only going to pick 3 BODs (by the way only 2 required) per what he said at SHM. From what I can surmise, this next BOD is the extra one (for 4 additions or 5 in all including KT). So, it is probably just Jon Rice but could be a selection by an institutional investor.
