“If there was really any money the class action lawyers would be ALL OVER THIS. There is not a one.”

And what would their case be? That the company was delinquent on financials? All shareholders had an opportunity to see that the financials were overdue before purchasing shares. Any judge would kick the plaintiffs out of the courtroom!
