It was expected to pass the House since the Dems control the House. Unfortunately for the US Cannabis companies Mitch McConnell runs the Senate. Golden Leaf doesn't need the Safe Banking Act for banking relations. We already have banking relations because we are a Canadian company and we already have a line of credit. Skopos Labs gives it a 2-3% chance of getting Senate approval. Don't get me wrong it does provide a benefit to the Cannabis companies in the US which is great. It has very little impact on Golden Leaf. The major hurdle of the 70% Federal Tax Rate is what I would like to see changed. That would really help all of the US companies.
