There is no need for quarterly of that time frame as they are a pink sheet stock not bound to give financials to the sec until they want to play with the big boys. They are to busy building an empire and dealing with the mess former owner and c.e.o or medbox made to release those documents during those years. Now they are on their way and have a foundation built they will start to release financials and more information to help build their base back up.
