In an effort to scam more people, they converted mountain business ticker to sunshine biopharma, made it publicly traded. Incorporated in Colorado, operating at a scam virtual office in montreal. No workers, no money, no office, no lab, no batch of the fake drug, just dangling carrots to folks who have no idea what drug making entails.
They scam sold their advanomics adva27a french made patent from advanomics to SBFM, making shareholders pay something like 11million for a 69k patent. Total scam. For years, no workers, no lab, no progress. No money, scammed too many lenders....but, they promote this BS narrative about drug license (mentioned 5 times since I've been here) still no license, 3 different batch manufacturers....zero progress. Now, adva27a was gifted to a shell company for nothing. SBFM holders paid millions, managment gave it away to their other shell, NOX pharma. Added zero value, funneled the money to advanomics, straight to the scammers.
So you now have a shell that cannot get funding, cannot afford workers, cannot afford a lab, and rid itself of the only narrative it had.....cancer drug (fake) called adva27a. What news are you waiting for?!??!? They they sell generics. No lab, no workers, no money. Health cNada would never allow it.
