1. A long history of successful mining experience.
2. Mining properties that contain certified by 3rd party mineral reserves.
3. Generally are focused on mining, not other peripheral business.
4. Conduct the extraction and processing of their mineral reserves with industry standard equipment and processes.
5. Actually extract and process minerals at profit after costs, and don't go on for a decade without such profits,
6. Don't depend for success entirely on the promise of "amazing" new (and unproven) processes or returns from real estate speculation.
