Yep, that is very true.

Here is an example of a very recent SEC litigation letter to a company that made outlandish claims about a "mining property":

CTDT's claims about that stuff in Chloride, AZ are just as nutty (and fraudulent).

Do your own research, use third-party sources, and don't buy into the hype.
