If the US House and then the Senate pass the SAFE Banking Act of 2019 (H.R. 1595), I think one of the consequences will be banking institutions taking positions in Cannabis companies.

For the same reasons I like extraction companies as being less risky, I believe institutions would like less risk too.

If they start taking positions, there will be upwards PPS pressure.

Regarding guidance, I have generally found small companies that like to boast, do so when they have terrific things to boast about, or they want to make it seem like they have good things to boast about.

MediPharm seems to have one contract after another that will be accretive. Today's announcement touting the high head means little to me. It's the low end I care about. The worst is still terrific.

NEPT might not feel their new contracts are enough to boast about comparatively.

That's okay, I've spread my extraction investment around.
