Agreed, some people talk about dilution but 550m shares of a company that has 10m revenue is not bad at all. 2006 net revenue is almost 10% increase from 2005. The company is making money. Also why spend 80k on a/f if you don't intend on uplisting, Ed could just keep it a pinky and dilute to his hearts content but it does not look like that is what he is doing. JMHO
