So LAHO have given a retainer to a NEW AUDITOR to perform certain duties to complete an audit of LAHO. No BIG deal. It does make one wonder however why they dumped their previous auditor who was already familiar with the company. Every SEC reporting filer like LAHO needs to hire an auditor for the annual financials.
