I dont think many understand the coorolation of zmrk and hdii. The same Xu that did zmrk deal is doing hdii. Same pattern of 13 or more filings dropped for both zmrk and hdii. Then after hours they put out news of the zmrk deal. Hdii is next. But hdii is medical, patents, larger revenues, and only 137 milly OS.
