I wasnt making any recommendations to anyone sleek I was just posting my concerns and sharing information.. To each his own and hope vate smokes it.

I wasn't part of any negotiation regarding the sale or the designation of the Preferred Stock. therefore, I can't answer as to the process behind it. I can see, though that the preferred shares have a 9.99% conversion limitation.
