Sec. has already investagated the company to the best of my knownledge.. And one of the reasons I have not sold or been shaken out of this stock is because the SEC chose not to take action against the company..THEY ARE STILL TRADING. The company now intends to get a new transfer agent.

It was before suspended and now as you know is trading again.. While the stock was suspended I was concerned with it being a scam but in my mind the fact that the SEC.. allowed trading again makes me want to hold these shares to the end.. I believe we are on something big and this is a shake to get shares.. I have been in other stocks that have had shakes like this and look at all the shareholders willing to give away their shares for nothing.. NOT ME ,,, I have been cost averaging and did even add more at .0002 that I now have a profit on.. This is the link for suspended the stock..
