I could not open the link. If they have applied for construction then they did it after July unless the United States energy schedule was not notified by the end of July. It's also possible they applied in August or September. The post from the September 24th update was as of July when the energy schedule. Things are beginning to move along pretty swiftly. Somebody else posted a posco update earlier which once hits the market and everyone is aware of this stock will go to $3 very quickly. Shorts better bail out now. There still people that are going to try to make money day trading but if I were them I would just jump on board for a while.
