Of course companies have the right to keep company trade secrets until they are ready to release that information through a press release.
Here are some common facts:
1) People or "INSIDERS" in the "KNOW" buy up stock prior to public information. It sucks but that's the world we live in. People helping people they know. I mean look at congress, they are ALLOWED to INSIDER TRADE - which is F!@*#ing ridiculous.
2) DarkPulse is in the business of implementing sensors for industrial and large scale projects.
3) Dr. Joseph Catalino is a "Senior Advisor to the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Special Operations, Low-Intensity Conflict" which to me sounds like leading projects around the world where DarkPulse's sensors can be utilized.
4) Government projects can be large and on-going providing steady revenue for many years.
