FDA CBD ...labeling....

...Under Medical use only program I do not know requirement.
Could be different than this reading below Referring to recreational.

For example, the agency has warned companies selling CBD products they claim are intended to prevent, diagnose, treat, or cure serious diseases such as cancer, Alzheimer’s disease, psychiatric disorders and diabetes.

.......‘comply with good manufacturing practices’ and ‘don’t make impermissible health claims..........

Amid that legal patchwork, each state is adopting its own strategies for dealing with CBD in food and beverages. Indiana, Utah, Texas and Florida require a QR code that allows consumers to look up batch numbers, potency and other ingredients.

In Florida, a state hemp program goes into effect July 1 establishing licensing requirements and a framework for dealing with violations, corrective measures and enforcement in the sale of CBD products.

Just throwing this at you...Maybe prevent headaches down the road.

GLTA............HEALTH CLAIMS ON LABELING LOOKS TO BE A NO, NO.
