bio, with 'they' assume every party interested in taking it.

As for PtdSer I think the working (MOA) is well understood and probably proven by the last PIII who administratively failed (changed SOC during trial) and a maneuver to willingly bring it down in order to more easily take it.

No one would pump 80Milj in Oncologie if there was no potential in those previous clinical trials and nobody would pay 95Mil$ in milestones when investing in clinical trials of Bavi (as Oncologie does) if there was no potential to get them back.

Just do the calculation: 8+95Milj$ =103Milj$ that goes to CDMO based on buyout initial amount and milestones as they go. If they would spend the complete 80$ milj dollars then they can't even pay the milestones. What does that mean?

It for sure doesn't mean that they invest in Bavi with 3rd party investors money just to pay milestones, does it? So whoever invested (and we know who...i posted it a week ago) KNOWS about the 95Milj$ and must have been prepared to sooner or later cough up more money to advance the program otherwise it is a LOST INVESTMENT. Without the CERTAINTY that Oncologie gets more money to get final approval the 80Milj$ are LOST AT THE MOMENT OF THEIR INVESTMENT. So there is a plan!

If you look at the kind of investing companies then you see they have the profile of those that first get in depth into your business and then decide if they give you they money.

All In My Opinion. I am not advising anything, nor accusing anyone.
