Not till the PTAB decision is handed down as the price won't drop in my target range I would be comfortable with during a stay in the PTAB.
The new suit filed and the PR is nice, and Thom's comments are very bullish and hope they bode well, but I have zero faith in the PTAB as I have posted links that verified the PTAB can and will ignore CAFC guidance when they feel like it. Not saying they will, just that they might. Regardless of the decision from PTAB ..good or bad... that decision will de-risk this a whole lot for me.
