So where’s the fins where’s the final filing reverse merging in a huge company it never happened and that guy Paul was obviously part of the scam/ fraud on Investors.
Anyone looking for quality reverse mergers on the OTC will practically trip over them because there’s that many right now.

So why spend time on a company that went dark two years ago?
