And their attorney Mark E. Pena skates even though he said "after reasonable investigation I have no reason to believe that such information contained any untrue statement of a material fact... omitted.. or misleading."

He actually thought that these old duffers had actually increased their assets by HALF A BILLION and didn't question it?

IMO he needs to be reported
