I think you're new to the OTC penny stocks, right? It's often more about perception than reality with these stocks, and then there's the momentum factor. The perception was that the deal being canceled was bad, but in reality it means they were no longer desperate to sell a controlling stake in their company. Things are obviously looking up internally for them to walk away from this deal.
