The 10Q is clear--done
Now FINRA checks the empty house ---looking for any cobwebs or ghosts--
All clean,, then the NEW NAME is granted and the CUSIP is confirmed--should be only a few days--
Then JC is good to go with putting whatever he desires into the empty house and start filling up the ""Holding"" company with presents for us shareholders--
