I knew from their 10-Q that no company in their right mind would want to take up 51% of this company given how horrible they have been with generating income as opposed to spending cash.
There is no doubt all along they knew they couldn't reach any agreement with Ontario but wouldn't let the cat out of the bag until they had some kind of good PR to counteract the termination of said purported agreement.
There is no denying management has used the high stock prices to raise more capital.
Lets see where they go from here.
