I'll have to look at the other dates but August 22nd 2016 PFMS appears to have closed at .00001.

My point is just that it does not mean the stock is dead. The GEGP shell was sold to a new group and they have not released any news or information yet. We wait to see what they intend to do with it.

The fact that they got all the SEC filings in line before the shell was sold and lifting the reporting requirement makes me feel comfortable that this won't get suspended like a lot of other tickers lately.
