Green Meadows was how the Public Entity was previously formed, we acquired control of the entity spun out the Pet Food operations and integrated our business model and changed the name.
 
The recent drop in share price is due to the conversions by the noteholders and while they continue to convert it is reducing the company's debt and when complete the company will be introducing regular PR updates for the benefit of shareholders and Investors along with additional information which we believe will help restore the trading value of the stock. On another note there is a slight benefit to this increase in trading volume that people are buying the stock at these levels which increases the number of shareholders which will ultimately show more "eyes" on the stock as the company announces news...
