I would love to think so also but all we heard last Sept and Oct was float is low and locked.
Since Last Sept. about 1.2 billion shares have traded. If only 1/4 of them ended up in strong long hands, that is 300 million shares.

Roughly 2.8 billion shares traded from May 2017 to end Sept 2018.
If 25% of them are in strong long hands, that puts float at billion like I have saying.

Is that a low float for a $1 stock? $5 stock? $40 stock?
