Under normal circumstances, .20 cents for a new issue with 3M float and no GLED on top of the ask, I'd buy that majority of the time. However, the way OTCX keeps lowering the ask looks a bit desperate to me, and given that it's already had 1 bidwhack to .05 cents I'll pass for now.

If they can manage to bring in some buyers, and bid support, then maybe I'll grab some more, because the trading looked quite good while volume was coming in....since the volume has dried up though it's been pretty ugly.
