Given the complexity of the case and the jury instructions it was not to be expected that they would have been ready yesterday. As far as I can see it could take until thursday or friday to settle opinions within the jury.
Also don't forget that the jury has to be unanimous. If there are any points of dissention within the jury it can take ages to resolve if at all. I wouldn't even be surprised that the jury is still talking about the jury instructions and not even the verdict they have to deliver. So time is a limited indicator of outcome I'd think.
And why 1.20? It all depends on the height of the royalty: a 0% royalty (acquittal) will have another effect on the share price than a 30% royalty.
