Thanks Bev. Way too much lawyer speak, I can't make too much out, so I'll have to wait until some more advanced people make it to read what you posted.
I'm not even sure what was dismissed at this point. The BK, or the case against the principal.
I find it hard to believe anything against the principal would be dropped, even if the other party didn't show up for one hearing. The principal has been skipping most every hearing or some rep emails in.
