As of today only 33 cosponsors in the Senate which is only a third of the chamber. This includes 5 republicans. McConnell can still refuse to bring it up on the floor and would only do it if he felt it would help Republicans in the 2020 election. Certainly not DOA but some sources give it a 2-3% chance of passing the Senate. Just making the Senate feel some pressure regarding the issue is a change for the positive for Cannabis companies. Bigger issue is the 70% Federal Tax issue US Cannabis Companies have to deal with.
