Funny thing about that in a break out situation despite the RSI signaling an overbought situation as price climbs higher the RSI tends to readjust without price having to fall in any significant way for example if the price kicks up to $2.5 - $3 - $5 suddenly and holds for a few trading days well the RSI will then readjust to a not so overbought situation with a down tick of only a few penny's hence demonstrating that level as the new norm ... Time frame being used D W M ect ect so while a daily might signal one thing the monthly for example clearly demonstrates plenty room to go...
In a Repricing Situation Technicals are irrelevant in the sense that they are lagging indicator the cause of the repricing is fundamental and the technicals will catch up to the price as it normalizes at proper levels
