8,000,000,000 restricted common shares were issued to Cortney Morris per the terms of the Stock Purchase
Agreement and Acquisition Agreement with Yuka Clothing, Inc., and were to be allocated between certain
individuals as set forth in the Agreement.
As of September 15, 2019, the 8,000,000 shares issued to Courtney Morris have been cancelled per an agreement
to transfer control of Corporate Excellence Consulting Inc.





From the filings ^^^^^^ the way its worded they just put the wrong number all imo guess we shall see here shortly!!!
