ICC is not bankrupt, no. There are scores of stocks continuing to trade even down to one penny, traded by the millions each day. In ICC's case, we await news of revenues realized (it is pre-revenue like many MJ start-ups) and execution on all the deals announced in the past year or so. It is a patience game. ICC's leadership needs to do a much better job of addressing shareholders concerns but they don't - CEO David Shpilt should be ashamed. If they screw us shareholders, I sense a lot of folks will be pursuing David Shpilt and co. GLTA.
