I believe we will start to hear who some of the so called "OTHERS" are from the recent 8-k. HDC has too much to lose to give up now. If you look at the trail of the continuation of these patents it was just huge in time and money that it took along the way and now as most feel we are coming to some type of climax more so now. I say this as I once thought and maybe it was true that in 2000 and 2003 SVM was around but it wasn't used that much nor did corporations except NEC/AT&T & Microsoft understand what SVM was all about or how much further it could or would developed and used. . So the corporate world now truly understands the need for SVM and so much more that we may finally be heard and seen as we stretch our necks through the cracks to finally be seen and recognized.

I'm sure HDC isn't about to ruffle the feathers in a half cocked way but may or have been selecting just who they wish to help them and to figure out a plan of attack that is reasonable and fair especially with being such a small corporation as we are that is important. It is not good or practical to put a time frame on something as such but I hope that within 90 days we hear something positive on progress of some type. I gather the HDC website is as such and they are fully a where and not concerned with that due to other issues or importance at hand.
