Regardless of how some posters spin the removal of the "poison pill",
it's a good piece of news to me...The idea that it protects us from
low-ball suitors is ridiculous,,,The pill doesn't add value to the
company..It's filled with warrants, preferred stock, options, and, let
us not forget, golden parachutes for the BOD...it doesn't just keep
unwelcomed offers away, it keeps good offers away as well..

With regard to Bavi, my bottom line is this: if the IP is worth a
fortune, than Oncologie must be bought out soon....real soon...

The stock is misbehaving badly....we don't trade for 3 hours in the
A.M., and then 2-300,000 in the afternoon...very suspicious..those
after-hours blocks were accumulated thru-out the day by the feisty
MM's who had it on their desk from the get-go..
