There was definitely updates on everything you noted....it was rich and it cheapens it to simply say “it’s coming along” but it’s definitely coming along. There’s more opportunity w the land than I’d have assumed.....

The Livstore process model is much more methodical than simply catching and selling bait...they’re continually improving their position while remaining hyper conscious of costs/efficiency.

And there’s far more going on in terms of building than I’d have thought. For sure.

I get it from a distance building something seems like something tangible but it’s not so much building...it’s what they’re building and it’s not so much Panama its how needed these homes are everywhere.

Between Horton and JD Composites they’re assembling the exact team of people to build....they’re so connected in Nashville that there’s so many options there...and the power of Horton will lead to other markets. It already is.

It’s a lot of things going on at once and I ignored a few ventures....but LIGA shareholders are in position to reap. With time
